Rodopiís optional eCare module enhances service providersí ability to provide online self-care for one or more Rodopi partitions (MISPs). Call center style reporting and user definable departments and queues provide customer service and support activities. In addition, eCare also offers intelligent auto response, user searchable categories, and discussion forums to further enhance customer usability.
